The Gemini, Gemini flex and CORE have a basic meter without MID. go-e's own datasheets also say the fixed Gemini (including version 2.0) must not be used in the Netherlands. A separate (external) MID meter does not count for private users; only businesses that already registered that way before 2026 have until 1 January 2027. The chargers also support OCPP 1.6 directly from the charger (connection to a CPO's or booking provider's backend) and open APIs (HTTP cloud/local, MQTT, Modbus TCP). go-e published a Dutch article on ERE certificates on 25 February 2026. It says the go-e Charger PRO CABLE with MID 'meets the 2026 requirements': it measures kWh with MID certification, records charging sessions and can share data with a service provider. The article names no specific booking providers. ## Frequently asked questions Does my go-e charger qualify for ERE?
