We do not publish visitor counts. The comparison covers 41 ERE providers, plus energy suppliers, charging cards and home batteries. Every figure has a source. ## How we compare Every company is under the same public rules. Nobody gets a different method, a different order or a different check. The trust score of an ERE provider is 18 public yes/no checks on terms, prices and company details. The score runs from 0 to 10. Each check has a source, so you can verify it yourself. A company cannot pay for a higher position, a score or a review. - Changing a score because someone asks. ## Getting a figure corrected If a price, a term or a company detail is wrong, tell us. You get the anonymous clicks to your own site, per place on our site, next to the previous month. Nothing is sent automatically. ### UTM label on the link to your site Every link to a company’s own site (ERE provider, energy supplier or charging card) gets the same parameters. Existing parameters stay. Source links, tariff pages, PDFs and shop pages do not get the label. - utm\_source=erevergelijken - utm\_medium=referral - utm\_campaign=vergelijking - utm\_content=provider\_hero In your own analytics, filter on utm\_source=erevergelijken. You will see the same visits. ### Calculator you can embed You may put the ERE calculator on your own site for free, with attribution to EREVergelijken.eu. The code is on the calculator page. Every change is also in the changelog, whether or not you want that email. ## Badge for your own site You may put the trust score on your own site as a badge. The badge always shows the current score, including when it is low. Using it is free and changes nothing in the comparison. The score comes from the same 18 public checks, for every provider. The code to paste is at the bottom of the trust score on each provider page. Questions ## Questions Does a company pay for a place on this site? No. Listing is free. Every company is under the same public rules. A company cannot pay for a higher position. Is there an affiliate code or a commission on the links? No. A link to a company’s own site only gets a UTM label, utm\_source=erevergelijken, with no affiliate code and no commission. The ranking does not change because of it. Will the score change if I ask? No. The trust score is the result of 18 public yes/no checks and runs from 0 to 10. A request does not change that score. If a figure is wrong, we correct it after checking it against public sources, and we put the change in the changelog. How do I see visitors who come via this site? In your own analytics, filter on utm\_source=erevergelijken. The medium is referral, the campaign is vergelijking, and utm\_content names the place of the link, for example provider\_hero. What does the anonymous click counter count? Only clicks on a link to your own site: the kind of company, the slug, the place of the link and the count in that month. No IP address, no browser, no referrer, no time per click, no cookie and no identifier. The count does not depend on cookie consent. We keep monthly totals for 25 months. How do I get an error corrected? Use the form on the editorial policy page, or email hello@erevergelijken.eu. We check the report against public sources. Every change goes into the public changelog.
