TotalEnergies does not offer its own physical charge card for private customers in the Netherlands. With the Charge Europe app you prepay by credit or debit card (a charge card can also be added as payment method). Paying by credit card, TotalEnergies' own prices per concession area apply, adjusted quarterly; examples including VAT: AC Amsterdam €0.41/kWh, Friesland province €0.40/kWh, DC Amsterdam €0.54/kWh, The Hague €0.71/kWh; Utrecht municipality and MRA-E 6 use dynamic prices per time block. At its own public charge points only a kWh price applies, no blocking, overstay or penalty fees.

Worked example

Extra cost per month on top of the charge point’s price at 100 kWh in 8 sessions at public chargers of €0.44 per kWh.
