- Supplier cost per year
- Not public
The fixed supply fee is not public; EnergyZero only shows it in the personal price breakdown. The purchase fee is unclear: the help article lists €0.02800 per kWh excl. VAT for 2026, while the article on the selling fee (€0.02242 incl. VAT) says it equals the existing purchase fee.
Cancellable monthly without penalty; smart meter required. Quarter-hour electricity prices since 1 January 2026, daily gas prices.
* Amount as the supplier publishes it; the supplier does not say whether it includes VAT. Supplier cost per year: 12 × fixed fee + markup × 5,130 kWh (average household plus 15,000 km of home charging), incl. VAT, excl. energy tax and grid costs.

Smart charging: Coming soon. SlimLaden (automatic charging at cheap moments) and SlimLaden en Ontladen (V2G) are listed on the site as coming soon.
Home battery: EnergyZero supplies and installs the Bliq home battery and steers a home battery based on market prices; the BatterijBeter service is listed as coming soon.
Feed-in: Net metering applies until the end of 2026. On the dynamic contract EnergyZero has charged a selling fee of €0.02242 incl. VAT per exported kWh since 16 April 2026; net annual export is paid at the bare market price. The free ZonOptimaal service gives a €0.01 per kWh discount until the end of 2026 and compensates negative all-in quarter-hour prices on export via the annual bill.
