By ACM decision of 5 March 2026 (published 3 April 2026) the licence of Coöperatieve vereniging NLD energie U.A., trading as Energie VanOns, was put in the name of Coöperatie NLD energie U.A.; according to the ACM nothing changes for customers. Since 1 July 2026 Energie VanOns is merging with om | nieuwe energie: according to om, Energie VanOns customers now see a different Chamber of Commerce number and the statutory name Coöperatieve Duurzame Energie Unie on their invoice. The current terms on energie.vanons.org name Coöperatieve Duurzame Energie Unie U.A. (KvK 56687427) as the supplier; article 1 of the consumer general terms still names KvK number 57780609. Confirmed: the licence is still in the ACM register. Not confirmed: whether any customers are still supplied under this licence and whether it will be kept or surrendered.
