    Free app; pay via a Monta Wallet (balance, topped up automatically from a linked card) or directly by payment card. At other operators' roaming charge points Monta says it takes 'a small 8% cut' of the charging price for roaming costs (blog, last updated 26 May 2025). Operators set their own prices and may charge kWh, time, session or idle fees. The app shows a cost breakdown before, during and after charging. Charging with a linked RFID card triggers a pre-authorisation on the wallet.

    Good to know: Danish platform with a Dutch-language help centre; amounts may differ per country and operator. A Monta-issued RFID card and its cost were not found; you can link a card to your wallet.
