You get the card free on delivery of an electric Renault or order it free in the My Renault app (VIN needed). Prices as of 1 July 2026; the price list does not state a VAT basis. Check the current price in the My Renault, My Alpine or My Dacia app before charging. A temporary pre-authorisation is placed on your bank card before each session. Some operators charge per minute or per hour after charging ends.
